Today was a very traumatizing visit for me and my child. They only want to sedate your child and put silver caps in their mouth do not allow that. She drilled my daughter’s mouth today no numbing gel no shot to ease the pain. Then she just rushed and put some white stuff in her mouth that cemented her two teeth together. Told me that it would probably fall out and I would need to take her somewhere else to get a cap. She did a complete botch job it was almost like it was her first time doing fillings. I had to pay $75 dollar copay before they even started the service which the ended up refunding me because she didn’t even do the job she was supposed to! She just sent us on our way with a prescription for antibiotics and said good luck.

Always on time. Let you go back with your child if needed. Does not make your child feel bad for being afraid and of they don't want to be seen they're not forced. Sad my kid have outgrown this practice.

This place is absolutely disgusting they placed me in a room with my six-year-old that had used dental hygiene sitting on the desk that tells me they did not clean the room before having a new patient in there not to mention decided to give my child surgery to remove a tooth, but decided well doing surgery without my consent to leave the tooth alone without capping it to save the tooth to only find out the tooth is causing her problems so now she needs surgery again. didn’t do x-rays before surgery they admitted that was their fault then going back there again, which never going back there. I made it clear I did not want the lady to perform any type of procedures on my child there is another dentist there that I felt more comfortable with and happens to be her that I seen recently and because I told her she is only here for a teeth cleaning she instantly went off on me while my child was in the chair, waiting to get her teeth cleaned I am glad to have recorded it! This place is truly a joke. Beware if you’re concerned of your children and you expressed that to them, they automatically get offended!

I Highly Recommend Preciosa V. Perez as Your Dentist for Your Kids, Wonderful Service, Very professional and skilled, top to bottom. Every person I’ve met in the office for the last 6 years since my Daughter’s first appointment there is courteous friendly and professional. The Only Dentist I Trust To do any Dental work On My Daughter, Such A wonder Dentist always trying to help patients and their needs!!

I never ever leave a review but I had too with place!!! It was extremely difficult to find somewhere that took my kiddos insurance. We were at another pediatric dentist in Wyomissing who were rude, slow and always losing things! So I was hoping I found a new place that was even slightly better…. This place does NOT disappoint!! Staff were so nice and friendly.. on the phone and in person! I had two kiddos with me, we were in and out within 30 minutes with cleaning, X-rays, doctor check and school notes! Doctor was so nice even with a question I had, she was happy to answer it… I AM SO HAPPY!!
